What material changes were published?
Station Plasma Turret changes from 10 Lightweight Frames to 10 Capacitors. Container changes from 5 Titanium Plates to 2 Lightweight Frames. These are version-specific changes, so a stockpile suitable for an older blueprint may not contain the materials now requested.
What else can explain a missing build option?
The same patch moves some unlockables from Furniture 1 to Furniture 2. Inspect the current research and blueprint requirements separately from storage contents. It also fixes the Computation Science mission objective when that research was already completed, which is a distinct objective-tracking issue.
